Dehydration would eventually kick in. Living off food essentially lasts to about 40 days. You still need a healthy digestive tract vitamins alone wouldn't help your heart either which is the power you a of the body.

NO. Obviously without water or fluid your body will dehydrate and cease to function very quickly, never mind the fact that our bodies require energy from calories contained in fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

The vitamins you buy in a jar are supplements so no. You need to eat them with proper food.
