It is not wise to, and I have no idea why you would want to get more than 10 hours a day. 10 is recommended for optimal performance, but not at all necessary. 8 is understood to be the most acceptable time to spend sleeping, but is also recommended, but definitely not required to have a 2 hours nap.

Personally, I don't think you can have too much sleep. It's definatley not impossible to have a lot of sleep, but in some circumstances, you may have more than the usual eight hours, like from being sick or drunk or very tired.
