Since these little, or big, pesky insects can find their way into luggage, cockroaches can pretty much fly abroad at any time. There is no set time or month that cockroaches are scheduled to fly unless you have a jar of them and keep them as pets or for experimental reasons. Yes, surely an infant can fly in an airplane with his/her parent....no issues at all...I have myself carried my 4 month old baby abroad in airplane. PM
