No doctor would recommend it, certainly I don't, but I don't see how it's dangerous. It also depends on how much blood you donated. There's always a risk of fainting, nausea, headache, and fatigue. Be careful with what you do.

No. You should avoid strenuous activity for at least 24 hours to give your body time to recoup. Less blood means less oxygen for muscles.
