Within moderation. Remember, sometimes women can get bad indigestion from rich or spicy foods so take it easy. Enjoy! a pregnant woman can eat seafood but she must be very careful about what seafoods she can eat because a lot of seafood contains mercury, which can be very harmful to the fetus. Bottom-feeder fish are the worst. A pregnant woman should definitely avoid: * swordfish * shark * blowfish * tilefish * king mackerel The following fish should not be eaten because they can contain industrial pollutant in their fatty tissues: * blue fish * stripped bass * salmon * pike * trout * walleye http://pregnancy.about.com/cs/nutritioninpregn/a/aaabavoidfood.htm

No. Crabs are said to injest the flesh of the foetus from around 18-30 weeks. They pinch it with their pincers and consume it through their mouths. There was once a pregnant lady that died from eating a crab. It physically ate her child, and then her. Dangerous, vile, and disgusting creatures. I don't know why you would want to eat one anyway.
