Paracetamol is the European name for acetaminophen (Tylenol). It is used as a pain reliever, and to reduce fever. If pain or fever is interfering with your ability to sleep, it will probably help. It is not a sleep aid.

I'd say it depends. It's an "opiate" and people have differences (some get amped while many get sedated). Personally, I find tramadol to carry more energetic and antidepressant elements compared to other opiates (hydrocodone, morphine, hydromoprhone, etc.) so I would lean more towards the "no" side.

First you have to avoid Tramadol, it’s dangerous for your health and you can get side effects also, so it’s better to use natural supplements for that problem.
