Eating too much starch or not eating enough is dangerous all you gotta do
is eat it right like 2 waffles or pancakes in the morning or even french toast
then for lunch a regular sandwich and for dinner one side of starch.
Eating too much can cause Diabetes or allergic reactions like causing your skin to start itching or breaking out. Eating not enough of it can kill you it can make you very sick your sugar will drop and you'll be rushed to the hospital for medical treatment immediately and they will force you to digest it in your system and you don't want any of those so like i said just eat it normally
