If you get in the shower, and realize you are out of shampoo, it won't hurt to do it once or twice. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to make sure you condition it when you are done though.

So, I have the shower gel sweet pea from bath and body works and before I knew shower gel was body wash, I used it as shampoo. It was horrible! It was in my hair for like a day and my hair was left kinda greasy. I don't know if that was just the type, though.
