In my experience, I have found rosehip tea to be soothing when I have an irritated palate. I'm sure it's possible though, especially if you have Allergies.
It seems that any tea that can make you feel invigorated would be good for you in the morning. The varieties range from green to white and from peppermint to rosehip.
rosehip tea along with red rasberry leaf tea don't accually induce labour but can help during labour if drunk for the last few fews of pregnancy.... they do say don't drink before 36 weeks but i think that's just precaution as everyones body is different and some people may have effects from it but very very unlikly
