In my experience, yes. Certain foods can make you feel tired, especially if you have an allergy or "intolerance" to them. I have Celiac Disease, which is an autoimmune intolerance to gluten found in wheat, oats, rye and barley. The symptoms were subtle for many years, but one of the symptoms was tiredness after eating pasta and other wheat-containing foods. Eventualy the symptoms became much worse, and I became quite sick. Besides losing weight, etc., I was tired all the time. Sometimes the tired feeling would wear off late at night, because it had been hours since I had eaten anything (I didn't understand why then, but I do now). I have been on the Celiac (gluten-free) diet for more than a year, and it has been very good for me. But recently I have noticed that garlic powder gives me that same tired feeling. You might Google "garlic allergy" or "garlic intolerance" and see what you find out. I suggest removing all garlic from your diet for a week or two, and then reintroducing it to see if it causes the symptoms. If it does make you tired, I would avoid eating it. (Please don't do this experiment if you have any signs of allergy symptoms like hives, swelling tongue, etc., or if you're not in a situation where it's safe to feel tired.) Do you react to any other foods? You might look into testing for Celiac Disease. It's not uncommon for Celiacs to be intolerant to other (non-gluten) foods, such as soy, corn, milk, etc. Intolerances vary from person to person. GL!

One serving of raw garlic (1 clove) has 5 calories in it and one serving (1/2 cup) of raw onions is 27 calories. Garlic has less calories per serving, but you tend to use more than 1 clove in cooking as ompared to 1/2 cup of onions, so the calories add up more quickly for garlic than for onions.
Try it raw.

I had the same problem when I was your age. Fortunately, my friend told me what to do. You need to eat lots of garlic and onions, preferably raw. These both contain an enzyme that causes the hormones regulating your growth to speed up. Cooking the garlic and onions destroys the enzyme, however, so be sure to keep them raw if you want this to work. You can reach (and even surpass) your natural full size in just a few months!
No, cats should not eat garlic as it is toxic to them in any form, whether raw, cooked, or powdered. Garlic can cause damage to a cat's red blood cells leading to anemia, weakness, and other health issues. It is best to avoid feeding cats any foods that contain garlic.

Dogs should not eat raw or cooked onions as they find it difficult to digest, but raw onions are especially dangerous.
