I have some amazing news to share!! I started my Plexus Journey on July 5th of this year. I weighed 215#. I am type 2 diabetic, I take 1000 mg of metformin everyday. I also have high blood pressure and take Lisinopril. I am glad to report that the doc lowered my blood sugar meds in half after 3 weeks and a A1C of 6.3 and we will retake the A1C on Nov 9th to see what it has dropped to.
