yes as i am only reasonably young i used to like get balloons off my wee bro once he got bored of them and suck the helium out of them.it was reasonably funny at first but one day i was at a party and i had like 19 baloonfuls of helium i felt very sick dizzy and i felt as if i was going to pass out,now obviously this did not harm me but just made me feel unwell. i visited my local pharmacy for medication and all they gave me was some sickness antibiotics to take away the nausea feeling.while i was there i asked about it it can not harm you if you take a few ballonfuls but it will harm you if you have more than like 8 baloonfuls so my advice is yeah it is funny but health comes first.

SO DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE SUCK HELIUM DIRECTLY FROM A HELIUM BALOON TANK AND NEVER HAVE TO MANY MOUTHFULS.
