From personal use i only took two orally and i felt a sort of euphoria and i've heard that it can and cant get you high, if you've had lots of experience with other pills then it probably wont get u high

To a degree I suppose. It's not that great recreationally, just makes you feel a bit light headed and off balance. When taken with MDMA though it sometimes causes very strange hallucinations (usually thinking your somewhere else for a couple seconds).
