It can certainly make you feel nauseous if that's what you mean. There are a host of other possible side effects as well, such as headache, dizziness. It doesn't necessarily mean that you WILL get them though.
I can tell you that I've never had an antibiotic in my life that made me feel as bad as this one. I am on it right now and it reminds me of being pregnant and feeling sick all day! It's aweful! But it beats the alternative of having infection.
