Can cipro be taken with aleve
Most are not made to be taken apart to begin with.
in general it is not good to mix them. only if you have to different bacteria then you can. doctor told me that i can so in Google i cant find anything useful written about this specific issue.
Flagyl or Metronidazole is not a Penicillin and does not work the same way. So unless you also have an allergy to Flagyl you do not have to worry. This drug is best taken after food or with a fatty meal.
I am on both Cipro and Doxy at the same time. I am allergic to Penicillin and I am having trouble fighting off a nasty Pasteurella infection in my hand after an animal bite. So yes, you can use them together. The only side effect I've had is increased urination and a touch of the blues.
Cipro should not be taken with milk or with anything (including vitamiin and mineral supplements) containing calcium. Avoid such foods for 2 to 3 hours before taking Cipro and for a couple of hours afterward.
I was on 5-15mg a day of oxycodone (percocet minus the tylenol) and the doctor gave me cipro for an infection. I had side effects from the cipro (vivid nightmares) but no interactions between the two. Ask your doctor if you aren't sure. If you are using percocet as a recreational drug then I say cut back to the smallest dose you need to not be sick while you take cipro just to be safe.
Synthroid and Omeprazole should always be taken on an empty stomach. These two is better when took a few hours apart then together but there had not been any reports of serious problems when took together.
Cipro and Tylenol may interact. It is recommended that you talk to your doctor before taking both together. Therefore there is a some risk in taking both but it is not high. If Cipro is being taken for a urinary tract infection and the pain is related to the infection it may be more beneficial to take the over the counter drug Azo.
Taken according to their individual instructions, yes they can. Many, many people - including this writer - do.
Flagyl (metronidazole) is an antibiotic used to treat anaerobic bacteria (those bacteria that thrive in an oxygen-poor environment, such as the GI tract or abdomen). Its usual dose is 250-500mg three times daily, and should be taken with food to prevent nausea.
It is composed of artificial silk flowers that have been taken apart and pressed then sew/ stitched together.
