Never, EVER ingest(swallow) or inhale(such as breathing right over the bottle) acetone it is extremely dangerous. So the answer is no. Now could lose cosniousness, if you got enough of probably. If anyone as more than the " I am using acetone on my nails or cleaning something with". If anyone as more exposure than that you need to call poison control or local ER or if you cant get through urgent care. I believe the poison control number is on the bottle and the ER and UC are in the local phone book. If all else fails call 911
