Yes they can but they need to get that in writing and carry it with them because if they get stopped by a cop that is the first thing that they are going to ask.
nope.
No, it is not.
Sure, you can have a nonsexual relationship. I don't see any reason why not. You can't have sex until she's 17, but it's not illegal to hang out with someone.
If her parents agree or she is emancipated, then yes.
Not without the consent of one parent
Dating is legal since there are no laws for it but the minors parents would have to agree to it of course. A relationship implies having sex and that depends if the minor has reached the age of consent in her state or not. Otherwise the adults can be charged for statutory rape.
The state of Florida does not have laws about dating. And they are both over the age of consent.
It's not illegal for an eighty year old to have a nonsexual relationship with a sixteen year old in the state of Colorado. It's not illegal for anyone to have a purely nonsexual relationship with anyone in any state. This, of course, excludes other problems such as violence, but friendships are fine. The problem that may very well occur is if or when it crosses the line. Do i think that age spread is much of a moral dilemma? Not really. Depends on the people, but there are all sorts of moral dilemmas that exist in the lives of relationship partners regardless of age. The problem will be within the state of Colorado. If I wasn't really tired, I'd just research the statute and post it here. But I am, and you note the relationship is not sexual. If it gets nearer, let me know, and I'll post it.
It depends on the area you live in first of all - you'll have to check with you local marriage laws/age of majority. Might I suggest that you wait a while and see how your relationship goes before jumping into marriage at such a young age - are you willing to risk your relationship with your family. Being in a committed relationship is the same as being married just without a piece of paper.
No you can only make it say "In a relationship" without consent of the other party.
Age of consent in Pennsylvania is 18. There is no need to sign anything since the 13yo is not allowed to have sex in any state in the US. Parents can allow their minor to date without need to sign anything but they can never allow him or her to have sex, that is what the law is for.
Yes. There are no laws that relate to the age at which a person can date. There are laws relating to the age at which a minor can enter into a sexual relationship and the consent of the parents is not relevant. The age of consent of the state in which the relationship occurred is what determines the legality of such a relationship.
A consensual relationship is when both people consent to being in it. For this to happen they must both be over the age of consent, which is the age in your state when it is legal to have sex.A child (that is, someone under-age) can not consent to sex. It is always illegal and the punishments are very strict.
