Of course a girl can start a relationship with a guy. This is a whole new generation people, if we don't start breaking tradition now, who will? What girls don't understand and probably won't for the next life time is, guys are so simple and they really don't care who makes the first move. To tell you the truth guys like it more when a girl isn't afraid to ask for what she wants and if you wanna go out with a guy you should go and ask him. There should be nothing holding you back. The only thing you gotta be careful with is, don't be too pushy or too needy that's a HUGE turn off. Just be yourself and be confident cause all a guy really needs is a girl to have fun with, talk to, and a down to earth girl. So what are you waiting for? Go and ask him!
