Yes a defibillator can shock someone else, have you ever seen in the movies or Health TV Shows that they do the all clear, well thats because the machine shocks the heart, it sends a shock so the heart starts pumping again. If it were to shock someone that doens't have a problem with there heart, it could cause that person to have too fast of a heart rate, thus causing medical problems in that person. If you are ever around when they use a defibillator, please be careful and don't touch the person they are shocking, it could really danger your well being.
