The eyes of a blind person can appear as normal as anyone else's. Even folks with glass eyes can seem "normal"
Some technically blind folk have limited vision so they look towards the objects they are interested in. Some totally blind people who were originally sighted carry on this behavior based on where they know the object of interest is. The Hollywood portrayal of the blind always looking at the wrong thing or off into the distance, or having milky covers on their eyes is not a correct portrayal.

yes they can i have a friend who i blind in one eye but their eyes usaly have color. but their pupils are blured out but not missing.

Some blind people do have white or even silver looking eyes. look up Tommy Edison on youtube. he has been blind from the day he was born. He talks about how weird colors seem and he has a great channel! One video he opens his eyes. It wasn't easy for him but he did and you can see that he doesn't not have normal looking eyes. It all comes down to the reason why a person is blind.

Many blind that lost their sight later in life have very normal looking eyes. Ray Charles had his eyes removed, and at the very least Stevies do not look normal. My son is blind, and I had the pleasure of meeting Stevies mom, and my son was really young at the time. She told me to get him use to the glasses, and we did. The young man on AI was not totally blind, and that is a really big difference.
