The average lenght of the pudendal cleft, from where the labia joins above the clitoris to where they join again above the anus on the perineum is about 8cm. Some women have a longer pudendal cleft but above 10cm is unusual. The thickness of the labia majora varies but average is about 2 to 4cm. These will normally covered by hair.

The labia minora are sometimes hidden between the labia majora but often hangs down below the outer labia. This is normal and the average length would be around 0,5 to 2,5cm. Some African women practice stretching, age old practice of pulling their labia minora, this can increase the size to as big as 12cm on either side.

The clitoris is about 0,5 to 3,5cm long but up to 7cm have been reported. These were mostly on females with high testosterone levels and bodybuilders who use anabolic steroids.

The depth of the vagina is on average between 5 to 8cm deep when relaxed and can "tent" to between 8 and 13cm when the female becomes sexually aroused. This will be average for a young woman in her twenties who has not given natural birth.

These dimensions are averages and as penis size varies in size, the size of female genitalia also varies. No big difference was found in genital size based on race. The biggest factor for variations in size was due to childbirth.
