Could be a couple of levels that are unsafe....depends on your weight/age/sex and other various factors about your body (such as body fat index / liver/kidney functionality and so on)
Usually for a healthy person, a BAC level of .35 and upwards can be fatal or life threatening. But I've seen people have BAC levels of .38 and still manage to function (usually alcoholics with high tolerance levels).
