Age does not correlate with "normal" weight. In order to find out if you are under normal weight you use your height (feet and inches) and your current weight in pounds. That is called your BMI or Body Mass Index. Depending on the number you get its usually ome that has a decimal, you can categorize it into three groups that help you determine how far off you are from you healthy weight. There is a website from the National Heart Lung blood institute that does it automatically you just click in numbers or if you are really good at math you can calculate it yourself. Next to it there is a chart that will tell you what category you belong to. The site is pretty accurate, I do my BMI check there and they use the same formula Nutritionists and Nurses use.
