I'm sorry if some find this answer to be offense but, to be honest, you are being foolish to ask the question. If you have clinically significant long QT syndrome your heart can at any time go into a lethal rhythm and you will be dead before you can say, "oh crap, why did I rely on that herb".
Multiple studies of the purity of over the counter "herbals" consitently show that 90% of the products do not have what is on the label. A few have more than the label indicates, many have other ingredients (which are often real drugs that account for the apparent effectiveness), and most have less than the stated ingredients or none at all. So even if you can find an herb that is reputed to help you can never be sure you are getting it.
