Well kind of.

It's essentially the same thing as water, except it contains CO2. Co2 does hurt humans in this form so, club soda is basically just drinking water-very healthy :) !

Also, if this is in a substitute for a soda, its even more healthy! You are not injesting all of the harmful chemicals to your teeth (Comparable to batttery acid) and toxins to your body (Aspartame-a carcinogen)
