The study tested 5 parts of the body-Feet, pits, ribs, knee, neck-boys responded more strongly to the feet, pits, ribs, and neck. Girls only responded more strongly to the knee which makes for a 4-1 ratio of ticklishness.

It all depends on the girl; some girls are extremely ticklish, while others have no feeling in their feet in regards to tickling. Also, some have a moderate reaction. It all is based on the girl, really.

I would get permission to make physical contact first. If it is a situation in which you both are playing with each other, make sure it would be OK with her to tickle her.
