Not really, if you compare it to deadly diseases such as cancers or AIDS because even though they are severely protruding out and you cannot push them inside your anus. Surgery will be required, and that's all to it. But make sure to consult to a hemorrhoid Doctor if you have hemorrhoids, they know whats best for your condition.

"External hemorrhoids and neither dangers or life-threatening. They are very common, especially in people over 50 years of age. Treatment includes sitz baths and ointments, and may also include surgery in particularly complicated situations."

Not dangerous, but can become very uncomfortable if not treated straight away. This is a problem then can be treated on your own as long as it doesn't go on for more than a few months and does not get worse.

First, make sure you are drinking enough water each day, 8 glasses at least. Also, you need to eat fiber so the water molecules have something to cling to so that your poo will pass more easily. Book ref: Dont Panic Theyre Just Hemorrhoids.

Clean properly when you shower using a non soap sensitive cleaner.

Exercise and also not sitting in the one spot for too long is a good idea as well. Wipe with soft toilet paper and use aloe and witch hazel.

Yes. Hemorrhoids are exposed blood vessels around the anus, and if one is bleeding, there is a good chance of getting an infection from feces in the blood.
