No, not at all, i don't think that it matters what size they are. In fact, i don't think that anyone really pays too much attention to mens nipples anyway. Most people probably wouldn't even notice if they are a bit on the larger side, and being a female with heaps of female friends i can honestly say that i have never once heard onyone say 'yeh he's nice... but he has large unattractive areolas'. So, i think they're fine and perfectly normal.

It is simply due to genetics, puberty happening early and typically as women age, pregnancy. Large areolas are completely normal, especially when breast size tends to be larger.
