Like all juice and punch, it is a moderation issue. Capris Sun does contain processed sugars and acids. Some sugar sometimes is usually okay for most people, but you want to monitor your intake. The acids in juices and juice products can also be bad for your tooth enamel. A few years ago, Capris Sun made a less sugar product, meaning they basically just diluted the mix with more water. These are actually a little better for you than the older types. Drinking a Capris Sun with your lunch or something isn't going to be bad for you. Drinking Capris Sun all the time will be. Make a habit of drinking more water than any other drink. Leave the flavored stuff as a treat.
There are far healthier drinks than Caprisun. It's very artificial, processed, and full of sugar and calories. Eating a whole piece of fruit and having water for a beverage would be a better idea.
