I am also 5ft 3in and weigh 165lbs. According to our BMI we're overweight and are at increased risk for some health problems. Being 'fat' I think is how you view yourself and how much confidence you have. If you're weight is bothering you, loose some in a healthy manner and see what that does for your self-image. I have lost 50lbs and I'd have to say I don't feel "fat" at 165... I felt fat at 216lbs. I am still wanting to loose more weight and am slowly but surely, because I'm doing it right by changing my lifestyle. Personally though, I don't think I'm fat, just not 'fit' which is where I'd like to be so I am confident and comfortable with myself. Hope this satisfies some of your question!!
If there is roughly 165 U.S. pennies in a pound of mixed (old and new) pennies, times 53 pounds, the total would be about $87.45.
