After 11 years, you're addicted to her, that's not love. She has probably felt your needs dragging the relationship down. Don't expect her to change her mind. Using the words 'degrading and humiliating' is your clue that your need was to build you self esteem on this relationship, also not love. You need to get perspective on your own needs and how you can either overcome them or fulfill them in a healthier way. You may be able to do this on your own or you may need professional help. Either way, nothing will change for you until you recognize these things and commit to do something about it.
