The scale would read half of Nellie's weight. This is because the tension in the rope is equal to Nellie's weight, but it is shared between the two ropes supporting her, so the scale reads half of her weight on each side.

The weight on a pendulum is called a bob or pendulum bob. It is a mass that hangs from the end of the pendulum arm and helps determine the period of oscillation.
A spring scale measures weight by using the principle of Hooke's law, which states that the force needed to extend or compress a spring by a certain distance is proportional to that distance. As an object hangs from the scale, the spring stretches or compresses, and the scale measures the amount of force needed to do so. This force is then converted into a weight reading in units such as grams or Newtons.
Dinkle Berry's are little pieces if poop that hangs of your butt even after you wipe.
The torque exerted on a seesaw is affected by the weight distribution on each end. When a person stands on the seesaw, the torque changes based on their position relative to the fulcrum. If the person hangs from the seesaw, the torque is still influenced by their weight distribution but may also be affected by their movement.

A main characteristic of a suspension bridge is that the weight of the bridge and the weight carried by it hangs from a structure above it, while other bridges sit on top of their structure.
