ADH works to reabsorb water from the lumen of the collecting ducts in the kidneys back into the interstitial space. As a result, high levels of ADH will result in higher concentrations of aquaporin-2 on the luminal membrane, allowing for H2O reabsorption in the otherwise-H2O-impermeable collecting ducts. As a result, the urine will be more highly concentrated due to the loss of water (back into the blood), reaching an osmolarity of around 1400 mOsm maximum.

In dehydration, ADH levels are high (enables the body to retain more water) and in over-hydration, ADH levels are low (no need for the body to retain water, hence increased micturition)

Can over hydration cause creatinine levels to be low for a drug test?

Yes, absolutely. That's why they check creatinine levels. The drug tests rely on certain cutoff concentration levels to provide a positive result and therefore overhydrating is an easy way to test negative. Though you may test negative AND dilute, in which case they may make you test again (or not, or fire you, or not).

How cyclohexene might be formed as a byproduct in the synthesis of cyclohexanone?

Cyclohexene can be formed as a byproduct in the synthesis of cyclohexanone through dehydration of cyclohexanol. During the oxidation of cyclohexanol to cyclohexanone, some cyclohexanol may lose a water molecule, undergo dehydration, and form cyclohexene as a byproduct. This side reaction can occur when the temperature and reaction conditions favor dehydration over oxidation.
