Biologically speaking (and I believe in evolution) - underarm hair traps our body odor including pheromones - which help attract members of the opposite sex. since we evolved to use our arms much more than our legs, the hair acts as a sort of anti-friction padding, so our underarm skin doesnt become raw and chafed. Talk this over with a female gymnast sometime, they have to use powder and/or plenty of lotion to keep from chafing if they shave their pits and if its a European female gymnast that doesn't shave, she usually doesn't have any chafing problems.
No some people just don't get underarm hair.
Yes. Underarm hair is a trivial thing and doesn't affect how a person looks. There are people out there who like it and of course there are others that don't. Shaving underarm hair is a personal choice and this choice should not be made based on other people's opinions. Do what feels best to you.
Underarm hair can be removed either by waxing or shaving. Generally, men do not remove their underarm hair, but women do, and tend to prefer to shave as waxing can be very painful.
no
Shave it
Your hair expels everything that goes in your body, all of your hair.
I depends on your hair growth genes and you get like a stubble more than individual hair

Yes every woman can unless she has a condition that affects hair growth such as alopecia. This is where there is no hair growth at all.
