The worse thing you can do is touch and play with them and even putting spot creams on them can make them a lot worse, by leaving a scar or dry skin. The best solution is to clean your face in the morning and night and during the day apply sudocrem regularly, you can get sudocrem from supermarkets close to you! You will defiantly see a difference.
