yes it is. I used ACT rinse for about 15 years. I developed severe Back pain which I mistook for cancer or a messed up spine. I forgot to buy the rinse for a month. Pain went away. I bought some rinse and used it. The very next day the pain returned. Haven't used the rinse since and have been kidney-pain free for about 10 years.
There are fluoride-enriched tablets you can take, and fluoride-enriched mouthwash yopu can rinse with.
Sodium Fluoride attacks the thyroid gland and the immune system. It is a cause of cancer.
No need to Mix. I use the new ACT Total Care Dry Mouth rinse. It works on dry mouth and has fluoride. Plus it tastes better than Biotene.
Eating or drinking immediately after a fluoride rinse can reduce its effectiveness. Waiting at least 30 minutes after rinsing allows the fluoride to fully absorb into the teeth and provide optimal benefits for strengthening and protecting against cavities.
Fluoride is not typically administered intravenously because of its potential toxic effects at high doses. In cases where fluoride is needed for medical treatment, it is usually given orally or topically. Intravenous injection of fluoride can lead to serious health complications, such as electrolyte imbalances and heart issues.
ACT fluoride rinse is great for your teeth because it helps with sensitivity and preventing cavities. Not intense at all =)
