No, a boner is a slang word for an erect penis. They get really wet and drippy instead, when a girl gets aroused, she leaks a fluid from her vagina.
thank you ComradeNapoleon but you're a little misguided. Girls don't get obvious boners but when a girl is aroused her cliterous will become hard like a penis but given it's size the outward appearance is that it doesn't happen but the girl will feel the sensation of an engorged cliterous. actually the cliterous is the same organ that would have become a penis had she developed as a boy before being born so it shares some sensations just on different proportions
Yes, they do. Erection is a term used for vascular changes in genital tissues that are a response to sexual arousal. Both males and females experience this physical response to sexual stimuli, though the actual physical presentation is different. In males it becomes apparent as an erection, though there are also many glandular functions that increase and provide fluid for the ejaculation. The female also experiences a change in vascular tissue in the genital area, only her "erection" is focused more on providing lubrication for the penis. None the less, women have "erections" only they are different than the ones occurring male reproductive systems.
In a manner of speaking, yes - the clitoris usually becomes swollen when aroused.
The clitoris is similar to a penis, being formed of a blood-filled structure with a prominent glans which is particularly sensitive to tactile stimulation. When stimulated or aroused, it fills with blood and becomes 'erect'. Just as penises do, clitorises can vary widely in shape and size.

. NO But only you know if you are attracted to both sexes. Both may give you boners , but for a relationship You may prefer one more than the other . It doesn't mean you have to ( or will) have sexual relationships with both.
