Very low. They pick the best of their class, which is around the top 5-1% of the class. They have to have extreme physical condition, and outstanding marksmanship in all three positions. In other words, if you're not cut for it, you're likely going to be dropped around the first or second week of training. These really are the best of the best, and the ratio for seal to enemy combatant for a fair fight is 7 enemies = one seal. so a squad of five can handle 35 no sweat. Also I know there's someone on chacha that said their survival is less than one mission. Just ignore that.
