I have researched this phenomena quite a bit though I do not practice medicine I believe it is still somewhat of a mystery. Some people dream and some do not. Alot of people can actually hear their surroundings while in the coma state which can be incorporated into their dream. One man had been in a coma for two months after a car accident and his wife inquired about the experience, he said his dreams were extremely lucid, like a parallel existence. In fact, he was heard by the staff to actual yell seemingly random things out, but when he came to they later deciphered that he was expressing himself in his 'dream' and as people talk in their sleep so did he. One of his comments was about a Baseball player trade, while in his coma the tv in his room was on that announced the trade, this angered him and caused him to not only dream about his reactions but comment on the subject without being conscious of it. The only answer is that it is probable that some people do, but others apparently do not. Some individuals who have recovered from coma report dreams as well as some awareness of things happening and the passage of time. Other individuals awaken from coma without seeming to remember anything at all from that state.

They symbolize the hope for a future where individuals with telepathic abilities, like David, can live without fear of persecution and discrimination. The dream represents a possibility for a better world where differences are accepted and embraced.
My dream living situation involves a spacious home with nature views and modern amenities, whereas my current living situation is in a smaller apartment in a bustling city. I envision having a backyard garden and more privacy in my dream living situation, compared to my current urban setting.

Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, desires, and fears. Such a dream could symbolize feelings of vulnerability, jealousy, or insecurity in your relationship with the person you love. It could also indicate a need for boundaries or a fear of being betrayed. It's essential to reflect on your emotions and thoughts in waking life that might be influencing these dreams.

Yes they do. A hiccup is a reflex, like a sneeze (which they also can do in comas). They do not realize that they are doing it though.
