He's probably stronger because he has a larger frame than most of the bots. Also, his protoform may be made of different alloys...it's not actually said why Megatron's the stronger brother opposed to Optimus Prime, this is just a guess.

∙ 11y agoWhy is Megatron so weak in Transformers three? Because in Transformers 2, he was fighting against Optimus Prime in Cairo Egypt. Optimus Prime twisted his right arm and broke that right arm. After Megatron's right was twisted by Optimus Prime before it was broken, he accidentally shot himself on the right side of his head. Megatron also lost his abilities to fly because due to his injuries while fighting against Optimus Prime. He was badly wounded in the fight because Optimus Prime blasted him, that is why he lost his abilities to fly and he became so weak.
