I'm not sure if I have the same game as you. ( I have Indiana Jones 2 The Adventure Continues for Wii ). If you do, you throw the water things at it's foot putting the flames out. Then you be the other character ( Not Indiana Jones ) and go in the hole where you threw the water and role up. Hit the guy off on the top. Then jump down and become Indiana Jones and pull all the monsters arms and legs off with the whip ( including the head ) - do this over and over till it dies. Good luck! Hope this helps!
