No. Unfortunately for Sebastian, during the battle with Angela/Ash his arm that contained the seal for his contract with Ciel was torn off, thus voiding the contract between the two. This gave another demon Claude Faustus, the chance to steal Ciel's soul leaving him in a comatose like state. (by taking his ring I'm assuming) Later when Sebastian is able to retrieve Ciel's ring from the Trancy household (Alois Trancy and his butler Claude Faustus) Sebastian is able to revive Ciel, however, Ciel has no memory prior to the incident and remembers nothing of the revenge against Angela/Ash and the Queen. So in order for Sebastian to consume his soul, Sebastian must help Ciel take revenge again. However, Sebastian is not the only one after Ciel's soul, Claude is also looking to devour Ciel's soul, So Sebastian and Claude decide on an agreement that will make Alois Trancy (Claude's current master) the Target of Ciel's revenge (Their doing this to prepare Ciel's one of a kind soul to fit their appetite which will be even better when Ciel has completed his quest for revenge). When the revenge is completed either butler will have the chance of devouring Ciel's soul.

β 12y agoCiel needs Sebastian to care for him, to act as his butler and his guardian, and to assist him in exacting his revenge. And, Sebastian has to look after Ciel due to their contact, and to insure that the meal that is Ciel's soul remains safe until the day he can consume it. I think on some odd level they do care about one another, but I do not know that they entirely love each other.

β 12y agoSpoiler Alert - At the end of Kuroshitsuji I Sebastian's arm that had the hand with the symbol of their contact was removed. Thus negating Sebastian's possession over Ciel's soul. The season ends with it assumed that Sebastian does indeed consume Ciel's soul.
However it is discovered at the beginning of Kuroshitsuji II that because the contract was disrupted, another demon (Claude) was able to swoop in at the last minute and claim Ciel's soul, which Sebastian later as to reclaim.
Sebastian does not get Ciel's soul yet again at the end of the second season due to a contract forced secretly with Hannah that turns Ciel into a demon. As a demon Ciel's soul cannot be consumed by Sebastian, and since his soul cannot be consumed, Sebastian and Ciel's contract can never be completed, thus their bond remains in place until one of them is to die, or until Ciel releases Sebastian from the contract. -- Though, none of this takes place in the ongoing Manga, and as far as the Manga is presently concerned, Ciel has not become a demon.

Sebastian is a demon, he cares about Ciel because that is what Ciel needs. He was contracted to him to take care of him, to care for him, to be his butler, and to help him exact his revenge. In exchange, Sebastian gets to cultivate his 'meal' that is Ciel, for the day that their contract will be complete and he will get to consume Ciel's soul.

Claude had then put Ciel's soul in the Phantomhive family ring, storing it beneath the Trancy manor (in the basement storage) in a New Moon Drop tea box. Alois had let Sebastian into the manor, not knowing who he was. Sebastian took Ciel's soul and resurrected him. Until the end, it is a constant battle between the two demons for Ciel's soul. The ending is rather surprising...
