There is a splendid portrait of her in the Philapdelphia Museum of Art, but that is the only reference to her that I can find. (See link). Was she perhaps more usually known by a shorter version of her name?

The Philadelphia Museum of Art says she was the wife of William Norris.

There was a famous Locomotive Engineer of that name in Philadelphia, who lived from 1802 to 1867, so it may be that she was his wife.
