first season with beryl, and the Sailor Moon r movie, also in the silver millennium is when she died.. but there are many other times when she was dead/dying

so its stupid they keep bringing her back to life ad killing her again. her dawg killed her in the first episodes.

Yes. Two times, if I remember correctly.

In episode 125, we see Sailor Saturn for the first time. Of course, by this point we know that Sailor Saturn is Hotaru and the Messiah of Silence, Mistress 9. After Hotaru kills Mistress 9, causing the star to shatter and the sign of Saturn to shine, Mistress 9's body is destroyed. Then, we see Sailor Saturn. She tells Sailor Moon about her powers, and if she uses them to their full extent, she will die. So, she goes into the heart of Pharaoh 90 and kills herself while destroying it. She is reborn at the end of the episode as a little baby. ^^

Then, in episode 197, Uranus and Neptune turn "evil". They are the ones that take the star seeds from Pluto and Saturn. Pluto and Saturn allow them to be taken. I believe that the reasoning behind it is that they trust Sailor Moon and the Starlights, that they can't beat Galaxia. At the end of episode 200, all the senshi are brought back to life again.

Well, there are many people who dies in the whole series. The season before Super S, Sailor Pluto died. In Sailor Stars , ohmigosh, Mamoru (Darien) is killed by Galaxia and so is the Sailor Animates (The bad guys/Shadow Galatica) Gave up their lives and killed the senshi of their home planet (The bad guys are Sailor Iron Mouse (xP) Sailor Aluminium (?) Siren and Sailor Lead Crow Plus Sailor Tin Nyanko in the anime there are lots more in the manga) And at the very end when Sailor Moon confronts Galaxia, Sailor Neptune and Uranus give up their lives, much to Saturn and Pluto's dismay. Saturn and Pluto are killed by Nptune and Uranus. Before the battle, though, the Princess the Starlights have been searching for was also been killed by Galaxia. Pretty soon, the remaining Outer Senshi (Neptune and Uranus) prove that they were planning to take Galaxia's Star Seed! But, sadly, it was also proved that Galaxia didn't have a star seed! And of course, Galaxia punishes them by taking away the bracelets that let them be alive without their star seeds. Which, of course, kills them. But, i think before the Outer Senshi died, they killed the Inner Senshi (Or did Galaxia kill them?) I don't know who killed them, but they die. Later, the Shadow Galatica team is killed off, one by one, because they couldn't get pure Star seeds. Or earlier, i must say. And i think Queen Nehelania dies before Galaxia appears. Zirconia too, must have died. And, the Sailor Starlights were close to dying, but didn't thanks to the Inner Senshi. Since this is all confusing, i shall list them in the order i know of. (BTW Lots more people died, but i don't remember them clearly) OH! AND BTW #2 Pluto is revived in Season 5 (Sailor Moon Starlights) And Finally, Galaxia dies, returning to the most powerful senshi she used to be.
