Frozen. It's not even a contest. Adjusted for inflation, Frozen's worldwide gross is over 25% more than than any other Disney movie that could remotely be considered a "princess movie" (Alice in Wonderland, and that's for the live-action 2010 version). None of Disney's animated princess movies other than Frozen have cracked the worldwide top 100, so all I can say for sure is that their gross was less than half of Frozen's.
Factoring in merchandise and video sales ... there MIGHT be a few that are close (Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella) but I suspect Frozen holds a comfortable lead there as well.
