okay if you want to get the coincase you need to first get harbor mail {found in lily cove mall} and take it to mauville city then you go down to a house with just a girl in it talk to her {she will say iwish i had a bike because i would go shoping and get harbor mail} if you have the harbor mail she will ask if you want to trade it for the coincase.
