All the rumors about getting deoxys on the moon and on mirage island are fake.Do not believe in them.The only way is to attend a nin tendo event or to get a gameshrak or an action replay.Nintendo no longer holds events for GBASP and hold events only for the NDSL.So just get an action replay but it can mess up your game like freezing it and making your character a clipboard.So don't use action replay on your favorite game but use it on Pokemon game you haven't even started and you don't care about that much.Then,trade the legendary Pokemon to your favorite game so the other game might rarely get affected but your favorite game won't get erased or affected.

its impossible to get it from normal gameplay. the only way it to but the Nintendo event that has deoxys on it. a Nintendo event is something you buy tha adds gameplayto your original game that alows you to get Pokemon you otherwise wouldn't get such as jirachi deoxys and the one thay are making for arceus.
i got one for mew and it works perfect you can buy them from eBay or the website

∙ 12y agoIn Poke'mon Emerald you have to use cheats to catch deoxys and have the birth island card and if you have the card already the talk to a sailor by a boat and he will take you there.
Note: Deoxys comes at level 30 and is extremely easy to kill so i would bring a Pokemon will hipnosis so that you can put him to sleep and make it easier to catch him, unless you have a master ball then you don't have to worry.
P.S. the little triangle thing at birth island is deoxys chase it and talk to it every time you catch it and then he will get tired of you bothering him that he will attack you, so watch out.

∙ 15y agoYou cannot catch Deoxys in the wild on Pearl or Diamond. You must migrate it from one of the past versions that you caught it on. For example, you can catch it on Emerald and migrate it to Diamond.
