It hasn't aired yet, and there isn't a place to watch it at this time. It will be available at multiple avatar video sites such as www.avatarchapters.com and www.watch-avatar.com once it has aired.

there will not be a book 4 for avatar the last air bender. Instead the writers will create a new series called avatar the legend of Korra.I have more information about the new series that is coming out 2011 at the end of fall but i am too lazy.

According to the co-creators, there is no Book 4 and never will be. A mini-series sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender, currently titled Avatar: The Legend of Korra, is set to air sometime in November 2011.
