They say you can get the leaf stone in the Wish Cave at around level 60 at a Kechelon Shop in the Dungeon, and after trying several times to find one, a friend's wonder mail sent me the sanity in getting one.
Here are the three he sent me via Wonder Mail, there should be a total of 24 characters for each Wonder mail and cannot be tendered again.
