Start and save the game at least once. When you restart the game you will have an option to access the Ranger Net. Your DS needs to have its Wi-Fi connection set-up for you to download missions. Some missions are availiable for a limited time only.

∙ 8y agoUnfortunately, you cannot delete the Ranger Net option once you have unlocked it. Regardless of if you have deleted your game data, the missions will remain. The only reason that seems plausible for this to happen is it is a safeguard.
Pokemon Ranger has the option of 'Manaphy Egg Mission', a mission in which you can obtain a tradable Manaphy egg [event Pokemon]. Consequently, Nintendo may not want you to repeat the mission (resulting in Manaphy becomming a common Pokemon), regardless if you delete the entire game data or not. It may also be Nintendo's way of selling more games (as there is only one Manaphy egg obtained per game) : )
The only thing that is deleted from the Ranger Net Missions is the subsequent missions ie. you will have to repeat the first mission all over again to unlock the next one. I know for a fact that the Pokemon data is deleted from your browser, resulting in your need to complete the missions again.
